For some it has appeared after their first time playing, and for others it has come up after many seasons with no prior issues. The issue does not affect everyone, only some people ever run into this issue. Nearly all other Diablo II mods have had some users suffer from this problem. This is a generic, catch-all error and is not a Project Diablo 2 only issue.
